Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its Eastern European presence in Hungary, with the first Hungarian office set to open in Széchenyi Square. AWS, founded in 2006, offers various tech services, including AI testing, web and social applications development, and machine learning. The company is used by numerous Hungarian software developers and companies, such as Euronics, ingatlan.com, Raiffeisen Bank, Prezi, aiMotive, and Lensa. AWS aims to provide technological services, market support, business advice, and marketing strategies to Hungarian customers and companies. The Hungarian workforce is highly equipped in the tech sector, making it an ideal location for AWS to further develop their services.
The new Hungarian office is expected to open in June, and AWS plans to support teaching and studying with innovations. AWS also plans to support new startups and Hungarian businesses, aiming to contribute to the Hungarian startup ecosystem by mentoring, sharing industry knowledge, and investing in promising businesses. This support will positively impact Hungary and the world, leading to international innovations.
