Romanian carmaker Dacia has officially unveiled the Duster Pick-Up, a new utility version of its popular SUV, designed for both personal and professional use. The model was announced on Wednesday, September 17, and is now available to order in Romania.
The Duster Pick-Up offers seating for four passengers and a cargo capacity of up to 430 kg. Its cargo bed provides a usable space of 1,050 mm x 1,000 mm, with two side metal rails and four anchoring rings to secure transported goods.
Customers can choose between two powertrain options: Hybrid 140 and Mild-hybrid 130 4×4. Prices start at EUR 26,000 (excluding VAT), positioning it above the standard Duster (EUR 17,200) and the Bigster (EUR 20,750).
The vehicle meets EU N1 classification standards for light commercial vehicles. Safety and driver-assist features include front and side airbags, ABS with electronic brake-force distribution, ESP with anti-slip function, hill-start assist, automatic emergency braking, hill descent control, traffic sign recognition with speed alert, lane keeping assist, blind spot warning, and a multi-view camera system.
The model’s body was developed in collaboration with Romturingia, a coachbuilder based in Câmpulung Muscel, with whom Dacia has previously partnered on special versions of its vehicles.
The Duster Pick-Up is available in seven colors — Sandstone, Lichen Kaki, Terracota Brown, Glacier White, Schiste Grey, Pearl Black, and Cedar Green. Inside, the double cab seats four, and for the first time, rear passengers benefit from a central armrest.
With this launch, Dacia continues to expand its lineup beyond conventional passenger cars, targeting customers who need both off-road capability and practical cargo solutions.
