We process the personal data entrusted to us to send you current studies of the Action Life Foundation. The basis for the processing of personal data by us is your consent.

How long will we process your data?
The administrator will store your personal data only for the period necessary to meet the requirements of applicable law. This means that we can store your personal data for a reasonable period, even if you no longer use the administrator’s services. In particular, this applies to data necessary to fulfill the administrator’s obligations before state administration bodies (including the Tax Administration). Your data will be processed until you delete it or withdraw your consent, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing before the consent is withdrawn.
